Our foundation wasn't developed in a boardroom; it was forged at 30,000 feet. Operating out of major global hubs including Atlanta, Minneapolis, New York City, and—fittingly—Orlando, Simone brings a staggering legacy of nearly 20 years in aviation. Having flown over 8 million miles and visited every continent across the globe while serving as a flight attendant and international purser for Delta Air Lines, Simone mastered the art of premium, cabin-class hospitality.
A career traversing the globe offered incredible perspectives on world-class service. Standout destinations included Honolulu for its unmatched hospitality, stunning beaches, and rich culture; Pisa, offering the iconic leaning tower, amazing food, and quick access to Florence and Cinque Terre; and Buenos Aires, beloved for its world-renowned culinary scene, the passionate culture of tango, and breathtaking European-style architecture.
But true hospitality goes beyond luxury—it requires managing complex logistics and prioritizing passenger safety under extreme pressure. Simone had the distinct honor of operating military charter flights, safely transporting troops from the Middle East to bases in Germany and the United States. Furthermore, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Simone crewed critical evacuation flights bringing passengers from Santiago de Chile safely to Salt Lake City.
This extensive customer care and crisis management experience is anchored by Simone's training as an FAA-licensed Private Pilot. The rigorous discipline of flight training—pre-trip safety checklists, meticulous vehicle maintenance, and constant situational awareness—is embedded into every transfer we provide.

Safety is our foundation, but magic is our signature. Simone's dedication to legendary guest service began in 2004 when selected for the highly competitive Walt Disney World College Program. Working at EPCOT's high-octane Test Track and Mission: Space, Simone learned early on how to manage high volumes of guests while maintaining impeccable safety, efficiency, and a smile.
But the true test of Disney-standard hospitality didn't happen on an attraction—it happened during a natural disaster. Simone served on the essential "rideout crew" at Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resort during Hurricane Charley and Hurricane Frances, two historic storms that devastated Central Florida. It was a masterclass in keeping families calm, safe, and comfortable under extreme pressure (and also where Simone got a truly glamorous, highly sought-after first taste of filling sandbags).
Following the College Program, Simone continued creating magic as a Cast Member at the Candy Cauldron, back when Disney Springs was still known as Downtown Disney. For anyone who remembers the classic days of Downtown Disney and the vibrant energy of Pleasure Island, there is a special kind of nostalgia—it was a golden era of Orlando entertainment that deeply shaped our approach to creating memorable, authentic guest experiences.
