Arrival and Pickup Logistics at Orlando International Airport (MCO)
Your pickup location depends on the level of service you reserved:
Genie VIP Service or Meet & Greet Add-On
Your driver will meet you inside the airport at baggage claim, holding a sign with your name clearly displayed. This service includes full assistance with luggage from the carousel to the vehicle.
Genie XL Service
All Genie XL pickups occur on Level 1 (Ground Transportation) at designated outdoor pickup spaces:
- Terminal A: Spaces A1–A4 or A42–A45
- Terminal B: Spaces B1–B4 or B40–B41
- Terminal C: After exiting the sliding doors, your driver will be waiting to the left in the ground transportation area.
Genie Express or Genie Comfort Service (8:00 AM to Midnight)
Pickups are coordinated by specific doors based on your airline and terminal:

Terminal A: * Spirit, Frontier, and Avelo: Proceed to Express Pickup Door 115 (Take elevator near baggage carousel 5 down to Level 1).
- Southwest: Proceed to Express Pickup Door 145 (Take elevator near baggage carousel 13 down to Level 1).
- Terminal B: * Delta, Sun Country, Allegiant, and WestJet: Proceed to Express Pickup Door 110 (Take elevator near baggage carousel 29 down to Level 1).
- American, United, Breeze, Alaska, and Air Canada: Proceed to Express Pickup Door 140 (Take elevator near baggage carousel 23 down to Level 1).
- Terminal C: * Proceed to Level 1; as you walk outside past the sliding doors, your driver will be waiting to the left in the ground transportation pickup area.

The Genie monitors all inbound flights to MCO in real time. If your flight is delayed or cancelled by more than one hour, please notify us via text at 689-258-3572. We will coordinate your updated arrival as efficiently as possible.
