We were so stressed and so upset that our trip they were so kind and helpful. Finally we made it down- they picked us up with a clean, luxurious car with waters and car seats (for my 2 littles). Asked if we already knew our room number (since we were staying on Disney property at one of the larger resorts), which we did- and dropped us off at that building instead of the lobby where we would have had to drag our luggage pretty far.
