What is already waiting in the car when you fly in with little kids?
Everything you would otherwise be dragging through the terminal yourself. When this family walked out to the vehicle, the Graco convertible car seats were already in, tightened, and checked. Not handed over in a pile. Not left for a tired parent to wrestle with in a loading zone while a toddler melts down beside them. Installed, and ready for an inspection if they wanted one. Because the airport is the one ride where the clock belongs to somebody else. A flight lands when it lands. We track it, and we stage the vehicle around the actual arrival rather than the time printed on a booking form three weeks earlier. It decides whether you meet a chauffeur who is waiting or one you are waiting on.

No circling. No re-texting a plate number to somebody who has already been told to move. What can a family with toddlers actually leave at home?
More than most people expect, and the car seats are the big one. Convertible seats are heavy. They are awkward to gate check, they eat a baggage allowance, and they come off the belt scuffed often enough that plenty of parents have quietly stopped bothering. We supply them, so that is two bulky items gone from the packing list before you have started.
Strollers are the other one.
