The Genie VIP Cadillac Escalade ESV in the Orlando fleet

Why are the vehicles always new?

Because we buy them new, and we replace them before they get tired. Every vehicle in the fleet is purchased brand new from a local dealership. No auction cars, no third party remarketed stock, no vehicles with a previous life we cannot account for. Our oldest car was bought new in October 2024 and the bulk of what you will ride in is a 2025 or 2026 model. This guest noticed, describing the vehicles as very clean and new, which is the sort of detail people register without quite knowing why. What they are actually noticing is a climate system that still works properly in August, an interior that has never been deep cleaned back from a bad night, and the quiet of a car that has not done three hundred thousand miles of airport runs. It is an expensive way to run a fleet. It is also why guests describe Disney World transportation with us as a different category from a rideshare, and the detail sits on our fleet and service levels page.

It shows in small ways. Working USB ports, a rear climate zone that actually reaches the third row, and seat belts that have not been through ten thousand buckles.

Do you get the same driver both ways?

Often, but not always, and this family had two. They called both of them great, which matters more than continuity does. Scheduling a single chauffeur across an arrival and a departure a week apart is possible and we do it when we can, particularly for guests who ask. What we will not do is hold a booking hostage to one person's roster and then hand you a stranger with no warning if something changes. Instead the standard travels. Same hiring bar, same Orlando Police Department approved background checks, same vehicles, same brief about your family before the chauffeur pulls up. One of this family's drivers turned out to be hilarious with great facts and Disney jokes, which is not something we can schedule. It is something we hire for. If you want a specific chauffeur on the return, ask when you book your airport transfer and we will try.

We also brief the returning chauffeur. If your outbound driver noted that your youngest gets carsick, or that you wanted the air turned down, that travels with the booking rather than living in one person's memory.

How do discounts and promotions work?

They come and go, and they are worth asking about at the time of booking rather than assuming. This family mentioned taking advantage of an America 250th discount that was running when they travelled. Promotions like that are tied to a season or an occasion and are not a permanent part of the rate card, so the only reliable way to know what is live is to ask our team while you are booking. What does not change is the pricing structure itself. Rates are quoted per vehicle rather than per person, which is why a family of five often finds a private transfer competitive with five individual shuttle seats once the numbers are side by side. Car seats are included. Bottled water is included. The extras that do cost more, like a stroller or a grocery stop, are listed rather than discovered later. Current pricing lives on the rates page, and The Genie Transportation Services will confirm anything seasonal when you call.

Ask early rather than late. Seasonal offers tend to be capacity based, so they are worth asking about when you are choosing dates rather than after the booking is already confirmed and paid.

What Our Guests Say

"We loved using Genie Transportation for our recent Disney World trip! We had two great drivers each way! Our driver was hilarious with great facts and Disney jokes. Very clean, new vehicles, offered waters, both drivers were on time, easy to find upon arrival and departure. We took advantage of the America 250th discount! We will be using Genie Transportation for our future (hopefully many) Disney World trips"
